RESPONSIBILITIES
Process payments received. Resolve billing disputes and answer customer inquiries Maintain accurate records of collection attempts and successful payments. Ensure compliance with the Community Association’s policies and procedures. Run monthly reports of collection data Handle a significant amount of emails and phone calls daily
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
HOA and Condo knowledge is a plus. 2-4 Years A/R experience. Proficient in software and databases. Experience with the Vantaca software platform is a plus. Experience in conflict resolution and negotiations is a plus. Applicants must have excellent verbal and written skills. Bilingual is a plus. Seacrest Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
