Primary Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative
- Tax Examiner, you will be instrumental in supporting our client’s tax operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Meticulously examining and processing various tax documents within your assigned area. Professionally communicating with taxpayers and their representatives, in both English and Spanish , to clarify tax laws, regulations, and address inquiries. Conducting thorough computer research and basic investigations to gather necessary data. Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality when reviewing sensitive tax information. Performing accurate account maintenance in accordance with tax laws, policies, and procedures. Providing exceptional customer service, delivering knowledgeable and friendly support in a timely manner, in both English and Spanish .
Entry Qualifications:
High school diploma required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required. Exceptional customer service and professional phone etiquette. Proficiency in computer applications. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to effectively research and analyze account information. Self-motivated and dedicated to consistently achieving performance goals. Must be able to provide a Georgia Tax Clearance Letter indicating no outstanding tax liabilities to the State of Georgia.
