Collector Neshoba General Philadelphia, MS Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED Professional phone skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Previous experience working in collections or with patient accounts Knowledge of medical insurance co-pays and deductibles Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques Familiar with debt collection laws Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Skilled in negotiation Ability to manage stressful situations professionally Mature reasoning skills Skills in typing, math, and proficient computer skills
