The purpose of this job is to collect accounts charged off as a loss and to work with law firms to manage the collection of legal accounts, including but not limited to asset location, attending court, negotiation of settlements and loan work outs.
Responsibilities:
Contact customers for repayment Assign accounts to attorneys Locate and coordinate the sale of collateral Coordinate legal accounts and work with attorneys Attend court hearings Locate debtors and assets to garnish Perform additional duties as assigned Collect and research documentation necessary for legal action Portfolio management Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
