We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to lead our tax compliance and planning efforts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax reporting, implementing tax strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to identify tax-saving opportunities and mitigate tax risks for the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance and reporting for the organization.
Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
Review and approve tax returns prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
Provide guidance and support on tax-related issues to internal stakeholders.
Assist in audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
Mentor and develop junior tax staff within the team. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
Proven experience in tax management, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits
