Salary:

Job Details What You’ll Do:

Lead strategictax planning for clients—including analysis, plan development,recommendations, and presentations. Manage project budgets toensure profitability throughout tax engagements. Oversee billingprocesses and monitor write-offs to maintain engagement efficiency.

Represent clients before federal and state tax authorities in IRSmatters. Coordinate all phases of large-scale tax engagements,including staff management, scheduling, and logistics. Utilizereporting and analytics tools to monitor budgets and ensure firmprofitability. Identify opportunities for additional clientservices and contribute to firm growth through referrals andnetworking.

What You Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting orequivalent experience. Active CPA license. Minimum 5 years ofexperience in tax compliance, with industry-specific knowledgepreferred. Interested in hearing more?
