Tax Manager Salary Range:

Key Responsibilities:

Review and prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership,trust, and estate tax returns Manage tax planning and compliancefor a diverse client base Serve as the primary point of contact forclient tax matters and strategic guidance Supervise and mentorstaff; delegate tasks and provide constructive, timely feedbackConduct technical tax research to ensure compliance with federal,state, and local regulations Analyze financial data to identifytax-saving opportunities for clients Oversee the preparation ofquarterly and annual tax projections Assist with workflowmanagement and recommend process improvements Support firm partnersin strategic planning and client relationship development

Requirements:

CPA certification required Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s in Taxation is aplus) 5 years of public accounting experience, with a primary focuson tax Solid understanding of federal and state tax regulations forindividuals and closely held businesses Proven ability to managemultiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, leadership, and client service skillsProficiency with CCH Axcess Tax software ZRCFS
