Regional CPA firm seeking to add a Tax Manager / Sr. Tax Managerto its staff.
Responsibilities:
Assume full responsibility fordirecting multiple engagements Provide clients with Tax Compliance,Research, Consulting for corporate, partnership and individualreturns Provide oversight and direction to team of tax specialistsin the delivery of tax services. Initiate and present effective taxplanning strategies for a diverse range of middle market clients.
Research and report on trends and developments concerning complexdomestic and international tax issues. Build existing and newclient relationships Qualifications CPA Candidates should have aminimum five to seven years experience in public accounting Heavyexperience with review Broad experienced with taxation IndividualPartnership S-Corp C-Corp and HNW taxation. Experience with Trusts& Estates taxation a plus (2) years experience as a tax manager
