Tax Manager (Public Sector Tax Accounting)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting plus 7+ years’ public sector tax accounting experience including time as a
Supervisor/Manager Schedule:
In-Office Monday through Friday (hours vary depending on tax busy seasons / tax return deadlines)
Compensation:
$125,000+ base salary commensurate with experience; possible equity; possible discretionary bonus potential; comprehensive benefits
TAX MANAGER
– public sector tax accounting: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required (CPA, Masters a plus) 7+ years’ public sector tax accounting experience required Reviewing, preparing complex multi-state tax and international tax returns Tax research experience Experience dealing with IRS notices, issues, etc. International tax experience a big plus Audit experience a plus Experience supervising tax professionals required (Manager will oversee up to 10-12 tax preparers) QuickBooks proficient (Desktop & Online) required Experience using Ultra Tax software a plus
