Job Summary :

We are searching for a Tax Manager to join our CPA firm. This is a unique opportunity to join a great team of professionals in providing outstanding service to a very successful client base. This position will include the following responsibilities:

• Perform technical reviews of tax returns and financial statements prepared by our staff.
• Research tax issues.
• Assistance with resolving tax issues for our clients with the IRS.
• Manage and mentor our staff members.
• Manage the client relationship for the clients assigned to you.
• Provide proactive tax planning services for the clients you manage.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• At least 6-8 years of public accounting tax experience.
• Active CPA license.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in reviewing tax returns and managing staff.
• Good working knowledge of QuickBooks and Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite software is a plus.
