EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Manager to jointhe Private Client Services (PCS) practice. We are looking for adynamic individual with the capacity to efficiently overseemultiple client engagements while demonstrating proficiency inreviewing complex returns, managing staff and conducting research.

Responsible For:

Responsible for training, supervising and ongoing developmentof associates and seniors. Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships,corporations, and other entities, ensuring accuracy and compliancewith applicable tax laws and regulations. Build impactful relationships with clients and maintainrelationships with firm leadership. Cultivate expertise in and impart specialized knowledgecongruent with firm niches, initiatives and needs. Take responsibility for accurate time and billing for self andteam. Develop a working knowledge of the client’s business, takeresponsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet clientdeadlines. Actively solicit new client relationships and participate inclient/potential client seminars to expand networkingopportunities. Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, andaccounting standards, and proactively apply new knowledge to clientengagements. Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm tocoordinate efforts, share knowledge, and ensure efficient andeffective delivery of tax services. Hold self and direct reports responsible for achievingdevelopmental goals Mentor and coach junior team members.

Professional Development:

Participate in training programs andprofessional development activities to enhance technical knowledgeand develop industry-specific expertise.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field isrequired 4+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience inpublic accounting or public/Coporate mix

CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent CertificationrequiredPreferred/Desired Qualifications:
