Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven General Manager to lead our team during the fast-paced tax season. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, cultivate a high-performing team, and ensure a seamless client experience. Leadership & Team ManagementInspire, guide, and manage a dynamic team of tax professionals to achieve their bestOrganize schedules, delegate responsibilities and ensure smooth day-to-day office operationsFoster a positive and productive work culture that prioritizes collaboration and success. Operational ExcellenceOversee all aspects of office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.

Identify and resolve workflow challenges quickly and effectively during peak periods.

Monitor performance metrics and productivity goals. Client-Centered FocusPromote a client-first approach to deliver exceptional service and build trustAddress client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, maintaining professionalism and care.

Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with all tax-related regulationsPerformance & GrowthSet and drive team goals, rewarding achievements, and identifying areas for improvement.

Act as a problem-solver and resource for your team, ensuring everyone has the tools to succeedUse insights and feedback to continuously refine processes and improve results.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience Proven leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment (tax preparation experience not required, but is a plus).Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for motivating staff and interacting with clients.

Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.

Basic familiarity with tax preparation processes is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
