Salary:

Job Details The ideal candidate will have 5 or more yearsof tax experience and a strong understanding of various tax formsand regulations. The CPA will be responsible for preparing andreviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicablelaws, and providing tax planning and consulting services to ourclients.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review individual,corporate, and partnership tax returns (experience with Forms 1040,1040-NR, 1120, 1120S, 1065 is required) 80% Review/20% Prep Prepareand review Forms 5472 and 5471 (the experience with these forms arehighly desirable – not required) Conduct tax research and provideguidance on complex tax issues. Ensure compliance with all federal,state, and local tax laws and regulations. Develop and maintainstrong relationships with clients. Provide tax planning andconsulting services to individuals and businesses. Stay up to dateon new tax laws and regulations.
