Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with clients, deliver exceptional service, and manage tax engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services to individuals, corporations, and partnerships across various industries. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through timely and attentive service. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Mentor and develop professional tax staff, fostering their growth and expertise. Review tax returns prepared by staff at all levels, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Delegate responsibilities effectively, overseeing the efforts of tax teams. Collaborate with partners on workflow management and personnel development. Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues, applying findings practically and communicating them clearly to clients and staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. CPA license. Over 5 years of progressive tax experience in a public accounting firm. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. Excellent supervisory, team-building, and workflow management skills. Advanced technical and research skills in federal and state taxation. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with professional tax software (UltraTax experience is a plus). Why Join Us?
