EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager tojoin the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. We are looking fora dynamic individual with the capacity to efficiently overseemultiple client engagements while also demonstrating proficiency inbusiness development, marketing, and recruitment efforts.

Responsible For:

Supervise a team, foster strong client relationships, prospectand contribute to the establishment of a sustainable business. Theindividual will collaborate closely with Partners in anentrepreneurial environment that values exceptional client serviceand tax expertise. Responsible for overseeing tax planning and compliancefunctions for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families,with a particular emphasis on clients in the financial servicessector, such as hedge funds, private equity, and otherinvestment-related individuals. Possess comprehensive knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, aswell as a working understanding of trusts, estates, gifts, andcharitable entities. Directly engage with clients to deliver innovative taxplanning, consulting, and compliance solutions. Take on the primary review of complex tax returns and maintainregular communication with clients. Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, staffmembers, and external third-party client vendors. Provide training and supervision to staff members, includingreviewing and evaluating their work. Occasional local travel to clients’ locations may berequired. Actively solicit new client relationships and participate inclient/potential client seminars to expand networkingopportunities. Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, andaccounting standards, and proactively apply new knowledge to clientengagements. Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm tocoordinate efforts, share knowledge, and ensure efficient andeffective delivery of tax services. Hold self and direct reports responsible for achievingdevelopmental goals

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field isrequired 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in individual,fiduciary, estate and gift taxation Recent Public Accounting experience

CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent CertificationrequiredPreferred/Desired Qualifications:
