Account Manager Ponte Vedra Beach, FL Direct Hire $50-75k •Position can be fully onsite or hybrid •Annual bonus potential Kelly is seeking an Account Manager to work with our client, a new start-up venture that has partnered with a successful organization in the business development/personal growth space, on a direct hire basis. As a key member of the tax services team, the Account Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

The Account Manager will:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact for tax-related matters Assist and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts Conduct tax research and stay updated on current tax laws and regulations Coordinate with clients on documentation and information needed for accurate and timely tax filings Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and maintain accurate records of all tax-related documents Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 2 years’ experience in tax accounting or account management preferred Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines Proficiency with tax software and the Microsoft Suite High level of professionalism and ethical standards
