PerformanceExpectations:

Oversee and manage a team of highly motivated taxaccountants Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse baseof clients Oversee complex tax projects for a variety of clientsand diverse industries Meet regularly with business and communitycontacts to maintain a network within the local market Providetimely and complete evaluations and counseling for the staffaccountants Be a hands on leader

Experience/Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or EquivalentMaster of Science and Taxation degree (highly desirable) CPACertificate 5 years of proven experience in public accounting, in atax supervisory role Must be able to lead and motivate a team ofhighly motivated individuals to a final goal Must have strongmulti-tasking skills Applicants must have excellent verbal andwritten communication skills Bi-lingual is desired

Compensation:
