Salary:

Tax Planning and Compliance:
Develop and implementeffective tax planning strategies for highly compensatedindividuals and investors. Oversee the preparation of complex taxreturns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws.
Client Advisory:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providingexpert guidance on tax-related matters and identifyingopportunities for tax savings. Conduct comprehensive reviews ofclients’ financial situations to optimize tax outcomes.
TeamLeadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of tax professionals,fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance teammembers’ skills and knowledge.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreastof changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the firm andclients remain in compliance. Interpret and communicate the impactof tax law changes on clients’ financial strategies.
ClientRelationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong clientrelationships through regular communication and proactive service.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and opportunities in a timelyand effective manner.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas forprocess improvement within the tax department and implementsolutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate withfirm leadership to contribute to the overall growth and success ofMarshall Jones.
Job Details Qualifications:
CPA certificationrequired. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, orrelated field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in tax planning andcompliance. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws andregulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership experience in managing a team of tax professionals.
