Job Details Responsibilities Tax Strategy:

Develop and execute tax strategies that align with our clients’financial goals, ensuring compliance with local and internationaltax laws.

Client Advisory:

Serve as a trusted advisor to ourclients, providing expert guidance on tax matters and helping themnavigate complex financial landscapes.

Team Leadership:

Lead andmentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture ofexcellence, collaboration, and professional growth.

Compliance andReporting:

Oversee tax compliance activities, including thepreparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring accuracy andadherence to deadlines.

Tax Planning:

Conduct in-depth tax planningand analysis, identifying opportunities for tax optimization andrisk mitigation.

Client Engagement:

Actively engage with clients,addressing their tax concerns, and proactively identifying ways toadd value to their financial strategies.

Research and Innovation:

Stay updated on evolving tax laws and regulations, and leveragethis knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess thefollowing qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field. Certified PublicAccountant (CPA) certification. Significant experience in taxplanning and compliance, with a proven track record of success.

In-depth knowledge of local and international tax regulations andtheir implications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, anddecision-making skills. Exceptional leadership and team managementabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Acommitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
