Salary:

BDO Alliance USAResources Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare andreview complex federal, state, and local tax returns forindividuals, businesses, and organizations. Conduct tax researchand analysis to ensure regulatory compliance. Provide tax planningand advisory services to clients. Analyze financial statements,accounting records, and tax documents for accurate reporting.
Advise clients on tax implications of transactions, investments,and business strategies. Assist with tax audits, audit responsepreparation, and tax provision calculations. Develop and maintainstrong client relationships through proactive communication andservice. You should have most of the following: Bachelor’s degreein Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation orCPA preferred). Minimum 3-4 years of experience in tax accountingwithin public accounting. In-depth knowledge of federal, state, andlocal tax regulations. Proficiency in CCH Axcess and QuickBooks.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability tointerpret complex tax codes and apply them to various scenarios.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across levels.
