Weeks PTO Onsite Presence:

Ideally 1 time per week onsite initially (can be flexible after that) Founded in 2005 we are a 15 employee boutique tax & consulting firm in Wellesley, MA that services high net worth individuals, privately held businesses & non-profits. We provide expert tax planning, compliance and strategic advisory services across a variety of industries in the northeast. We have steadily increased our headcount the past few years as our company culture, work flexibility, pay & bonus structure and track to partnership have drawn in good talent. We are looking to hire a Tax Manager with a strong return reviewing background to join our team. What You Will Be Doing Handle tax planning & compliance for high-net-worth individuals, businesses & non-profits
Review & manage complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy & regulatory compliance
Provide strategic tax advice to optimize financial outcomes & minimize risks
Lead client engagements building strong professional relationships Ability to stay informed on tax law changes to keep clients in compliance What’s In It for You Active CPA certification
8+ years of public accounting experience across individual, estate, trust and business tax filings
Tax planning & compliance experience w/ high-net-worth clients & businesses
Proficiency in tax software & financial reporting tools
Strong analytical skills for solving complex tax issues
