Job Description The US Tax Reporting & State Tax Manager will partner with Associate Director, US Tax Reporting, US Direct Tax Compliance & Technology on US tax reporting. You will be responsible for preparation, review, and/or supervision of all N.A. indirect taxes and state direct taxes, including compliance and tax controversy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare/review US accounting for income tax computations and adhere to internal controls under Sarbanes-Oxley. Includes maintenance of monthly and quarterly account analyses and reconciliations for tax-related accounts. Will coordinate these responsibilities with Associate Director, US Tax Reporting & US Direct Compliance & Technology. Directly supervise third party service providers for direct state income taxes, indirect tax compliance, including assisting in coordinating with internal information providers and maintaining adherence to overall income tax compliance calendars. Coordinates with Lead, Global Reporting & US Compliance on go-forward strategy for US indirect compliance. Manages state and indirect tax controversy. Responsible for other federal and state filings, including FBAR, withholding, registrations, etc. with appropriate coordination with legal and internal groups. Indirectly manage 1 report. Provide input into standardized processes including utilization of OneSource Tax Provision software for computation of the US GAAP income tax accounting. Participate in planning and special projects where needed.
Knowledge and Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Excel with experience of manipulating large data sets and modeling skills Skilled with Word & PowerPoint Knowledge of OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Income Tax Preferred experience with Alteryx, PowerBI, Oracle, and Hyperion Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to forge high levels of teamwork and collaboration within and between groups
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Typically requires 6+ years of accounting or tax experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Pay Range:
$116,100 – $174,200

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
