As a Tax Manager, you will have the chance to take on significant responsibility, managing tax provision and income tax compliance. Your role will also involve the use of tax technology and ERP systems aligned with tax requirements. You will be able to interact with various departments and company leadership, creating tax solutions that enhance business value.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate tax compliance processes
- Manage corporate income tax matters
- Lead the corporate tax department in their daily tasks
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns
- Develop innovative tax solutions for business value enhancement
- Engage in cross-departmental collaboration for tax-related issues
- Utilize tax technology and tax-aligned ERP systems effectively
- Stay updated with changes in tax provisions and income tax compliance
- Provide leadership exposure in tax-related matters
- Ensure accurate management of tax provision and income tax compliance. Requirements
- Proven experience in Corporate Tax Compliance
- CPA, Master’s or Juris Doctorate degree in tax-preferred with 6 plus years related experience in a tax practice or comparable public company corporate environment
- Proficiency in Corporate Income Tax
- Prior experience working in a Corporate Tax Department
- Demonstrated ability to handle Corporate Tax Return
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification is a must
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills and team management abilities
- Strong understanding of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations
- Extensive knowledge of auditing, financial forecasting and diagnosis
- Ethical conduct and professionalism, dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
