Our client, a prestigious boutique CPA firm, is seeking a High-Net-Worth Senior Tax Manager to join their growing Private Client Services group! This is a key leadership role that offers a great work-life balance and growth opportunities that stand out from others! •This is a remote position, but candidates must be located within approximately three hours of Richmond, VA, as occasional travel to the city may be required for training, team events, and leadership events•

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients with complex tax needs
Lead tax strategy, compliance, and planning
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insight beyond the numbers
Mentor and guide junior staff, ensuring technical excellence and exceptional client service
Stay ahead of evolving tax law and wealth trends impacting clients

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting required
CPA required
10+ years of experience in tax, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals
Strong command of private wealth, estate, and trust taxation
Exceptional communication, discretion, and client management skills
