TAX MANAGER

to their team.

This stable and growing firm offers clients valuable knowledge andexpertise in tax. Due to the recent growth of the firm, there is anopportunity for a Tax Manager to join a team of highly motivatedstaff.

Tax Manager Responsibilites:

Perform tax returns forindividuals, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, partnerships, trusts,and nonprofit organizations Perform technical tax review of taxreturns of staff accountants Independently research tax issuesFollow tax compliance laws and discuss with clients as neededOversee a team of highly motivated staff / train staff Provide taxcompliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients Review taxreturns prepared by staff

Qualifications Include:

CPA licenserequired Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting At least five years ofexperience in Public Accounting Customer-centric with excellentrelationship and adaptability skills Detailed, well-organized, withstrong communication skills Exhibits a strong team-player attitudein helping co-workers succeed Results-oriented with a high level ofintegrity and dependability Strong problem-solving skills with theability to exercise sound judgment while making decisions based onaccurate and timely analysi Must have the ability to utilize firmtechnology to enhance client service High stress tolerance thrivesin a high-pressure environment Ability to conform to shiftingpriorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skills Theposition requires related experience working in externalrelationship management Strong organizational skills, attention todetail and flexibility Strong written and verbal communicationskills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in afast-paced environment Self-driven individual, ability to work withminimal direction If this sounds like the type of opportunity yousee yourself transitioning into next, contact Julie Gross at605-705-6836 .
