Responsibilities:

Advise clients beyond tax prep-help them plan, strategize, and grow. Review and guide tax returns for businesses, individuals, and trusts. Lead and mentor a team, providing coaching and technical support. Develop and execute tax strategies that add measurable client value. Build strong, trust-based relationships as a long-term advisor. Contribute ideas, explore new tools, and shape the future of the firm.

Qualifications:

CPA or EA certification. 7+ years of public accounting experience (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of business and personal tax, including U.S. and SALT. A proactive mindset and passion for client service. Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx or Axcess (preferred, not required). Interest in using AI and large language models (LLMs) for research projects and to help develop client-facing training programs.
