Job Details Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Master’s degree or CPA strongly preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years ofprogressive tax experience in public accounting 3. Provenexperience with individual, corporate, partnerships, and s corp taxreturns. 4. Demonstrated ability to manage a team and strongleadership skills. 5. Excellent research and writing skills, and athorough knowledge of federal and state tax laws. 6. Proficient intax software and technology tools. 7. Strong analytical,problem-solving, and project management skills. 8. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explaincomplex tax information in a clear and concise manner. 9. Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously. 10. High level of integrity and dependability witha strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
