Paolilli, Jarek, Hession & Pare, LLC, a full-service public accounting firm with two locations in Westford, MA and Manchester, NH, provides a broad range of accounting services for a diverse client roster of businesses, their owners and independent professionals. We are seeking a dedicated, motivated self-starter at the Supervisor level to lead engagements and cultivate long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Manage tax & accounting service engagements including preparation and review of corporate, individual, partnership and trust tax returns Understand clients’ business objectives and strategies Plan and perform reviews and compilations of financial statements Research federal and state tax matters Provide constructive direction to professional staff members Develop professional client relationships, providing timely consulting and advice

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of recent public accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities CPA license or CPA candidate Understanding of tax law, rulings, and regulations Intellectual curiosity with strong communication, analytical, organizational & PC skills including MS Office and accounting software proficiency (Thomson Reuters UltraTax proficiency is a plus) Foreign language skills are a plus, but not required
