- Oversee all taxcompliance, ensuring accurate and timely schedules
- Lead financialreporting and provision processes, including tax accountreconciliations and effective tax rate analysis.
- Develop andexecute tax strategies that minimize liabilities and align withevolving federal and state tax laws.
- Provide technical guidanceto teams and senior leadership regarding tax impacts on businessdecisions.
- Manage and mentor the corporate tax team to fostercollaboration and maximize efficiency. What Makes You a Great Fit
- 10-15 years of experience in corporate tax planning, compliance,and accounting, extensive public experience, manufacturingbackground a plus.
- CPA preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiencyin financial reporting and tax provision processes.
