New Jersey Job Details Position Summary:
As aCorporate Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providingstrategic tax planning and compliance services, with a specificfocus on C corps. You will lead and mentor a team of taxprofessionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to ourclients while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate tax compliance andplanning for C corps. Conduct tax research and analysis to supportstrategic tax planning initiatives. Lead and mentor junior teammembers, providing guidance and support in complex tax matters.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as atrusted advisor on tax-related issues. Collaborate with otherdepartments to provide integrated tax solutions that meet clientneeds. Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations,ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA oradvanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5years of experience incorporate tax, with a strong focus on C corps. Proven leadershipskills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keenattention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
