Reporting to the VP Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) of Americas with a dotted line to Group Tax Director , you will lead a team of 10 FTE based in the US to manage all aspects of tax for the US, Canada and in addition, you will be providing tax advice to the business in Mexico and Brazil. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to grow professionally, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence in a context of global transformation of the Shared Services. You will identify and implement efficiencies in the current processes by working with process performance and IT teams. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Compliance Management:
Lead internal compliance team of 10 FTE’s for both direct and indirect taxes in the US and Canada Work with external consultants to manage compliance for Canada, Mexico, and Brazil • Ensure compliance with international and local statutory tax accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP.) Implement and maintain robust internal controls ensuring tax financial data’s integrity and quality. Support Houses on budget and forecasting of tax accounting Manage internal and external audits for both federal and state taxes Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and quality of tax reporting. Actively participate in financial transformation and digitalization projects. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Corporate and strategic functions:
Oversee the transfer pricing processes including transfer pricing documentation, APA, MAP and customs duties consequences; Assess any tax impact on all complex corporate transactions and new business ventures; Monitor tax legislation and assess its impact on Kering and its Houses; Interpret and ensure compliance with tax and customs laws and regulations; Provide guidance on Taxes and Customs duties, driving strategy to maximize cost efficiency; International tax compliance (Beat, Minimum Tax, and Gilti).
Required qualifications and skills:
Deep understanding and experience in US and Canada tax Working knowledge of Mexico and Brazil tax laws would be a plus Strong knowledge on transfer pricing In-depth knowledge of GILTI, BEAT and Minimum tax Excellent analytical and technical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and provide strategic recommendations Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent and work effectively in a multicultural and matric environment. Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex tax concepts clearly to all organizational levels and to build robust relationships with internal and external partners, facilitating seamless coordination and collaboration across different functions and regions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure within tight deadlines.
WHO YOU ARE

Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex tax concepts clearly to all organizational levels and to build robust relationships with internal and external partners, facilitating seamless coordination and collaboration across different functions and regions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure within tight deadlines. Bachelor on accounting, or a related field; a professional certification CPA, Master’s Degree or Law degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in international tax compliance in a complex, multinational organization
Salary:
