We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Tax Manager to lead our tax department and provide expert guidance on various tax matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of complex business and individual tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, and optimizing tax strategies for our clients. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the preparation and review of business and individual tax returns.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Develop and implement tax strategies that minimize tax liabilities.
Provide expert advice on tax planning and compliance matters to clients.
Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Manage relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide clients with current and accurate advice.
Qualifications
CPA certification is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management or a related field.
Proven experience in preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
