International Tax Director – Kent County, RI We are seeking anInternational Tax Director to join our team in Kent County, RI.This role involves preparing and reviewing U.S. tax returns forinbound and outbound companies, as well as high-net-worthindividuals with foreign income and investments. The idealcandidate will provide strategic tax consulting, assist with

U.S.GAAP

tax reporting, and manage international tax compliance andplanning engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review U.S.tax returns for businesses and individuals with international taxobligations. Ensure compliance with U.S. international taxregulations, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8992, 8993, 1116, 1118,926, 8865, 8858, 8621, and 114/8938. Consult with clients to assessthe impact of U.S. and foreign tax laws on entity structuring,transactions, and operations. Assist audit teams with

U.S. GAAP

taxreporting for clients with international subsidiaries. Manage andmentor staff, providing technical training and guidance oninternational tax matters. Collaborate with leadership on businessdevelopment, proposals, and expanding service offerings. Conductresearch on tax laws across multiple states and internationaljurisdictions.

Qualifications:

CPA or JD required 10-20 years ofexperience in public accounting & private industry with a focus oninternational tax Strong technical knowledge of international taxcompliance and advisory services. Experience developing proposalsand presenting to clients. Excellent communication,problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Mustbe within commuting distance of Kent County, RI, with the abilityto work on-site 2-3 days per week. This is a full-time role withsignificant client advisory and consulting responsibilities.
