WhatYou’ll Be Doing:

Manage U.S. international tax compliance (Forms5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, etc.) Lead international tax planning andstrategy to optimize global tax position Provide technicalexpertise on GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, and FTCs Overseeinternational tax provision process (ASC 740) Support M&A,business initiatives, and global structuring efforts Stay currenton global tax changes and advise on implications Coordinate withoutside advisors and manage global tax audits

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MSTstrongly preferred 5 years of international tax experience (Big 4or large corporate environment ideal) In-depth knowledge of U.S.international tax rules and reporting Experience with ASC 740 andmultinational tax compliance Strong analytical, communication, andleadership skills
