Job Details PositionOverview:

As a key member of our Small Business and Tax Servicesteam, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality financialand tax services to a diverse client base. You’ll lead engagements,mentor junior staff, and build lasting client relationships. Thisis a growth-oriented role with clear pathways to leadership andpotential firm ownership.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the preparation,compilation, and review of financial statements for businesses andnon-profits. Prepare and review complex individual, partnership,and corporate tax returns. Conduct client consultations and providestrategic tax planning advice. Analyze client financial records toidentify tax-saving opportunities and compliance risks. Researchand resolve complex tax and accounting issues. Participate ininternal quality control and process improvement initiatives.

Manage multiple engagements and ensure timely, high-qualitydeliverables. Foster strong client relationships and contribute tobusiness development efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed CPAwith at least 5 years of public accounting experience. Strongtechnical expertise in accounting and tax regulations. Provenability to lead, mentor, and develop team members. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Client-focused mindset witha commitment to service excellence. Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice, QuickBooks, and tax preparation software.
