Salary:

Medical/Dental/Vision 401K match Hybrid Flexible on locationGrowing firm Job Details Responsibilities Oversee and manage thetax planning process for high net worth individuals (HNW) andcorporations. Prepare and review federal and state tax returns forindividuals, corporations, and S Corps. Provide strategic advicerelated to 1031 Exchanges and wealth management. Liaise with theIRS and other regulatory bodies on behalf of our clients. Conductcomprehensive income tax planning for clients. Ensure compliancewith all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Provide expert guidance on gift tax matters. Collaborate with otherdepartments to provide integrated financial solutions for clients.
Keep abreast of the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure thecompany’s compliance and to provide the most current advice toclients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,providing exceptional customer service and expert financial advice.
Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in taxmanagement, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry. ACertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred. Provenexperience with 1031 Exchanges, tax planning, federal and statetax, income tax preparation, gift tax, S Corp, tax returns, andcorporate tax returns. Extensive experience in managing high networth individual and corporate accounts. Proficiency in dealingwith the IRS and other regulatory bodies. Enrolled Agent (EA)certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of wealth managementstrategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to workin a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple taskssimultaneously. High degree of professionalism and integrity.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in tax software andMicrosoft Office Suite. A commitment to providing top-tier customerservice. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
