Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification ispreferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in taxmanagement, with a focus on fiduciary responsibilities.
TechnicalSkills:
Proficiency in tax software and financial management tools.
Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
AnalyticalSkills:
Ability to analyze complex financial data and providestrategic tax planning advice.
Communication Skills:
Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with the ability toexplain tax concepts clearly to clients.
