EducationalBackground:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relatedfield. CPA certification is required; advanced degrees such as aMaster’s in Taxation or JD are preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 10years of experience in tax management, with at least 5 years in aleadership role. Experience in fiduciary tax planning is highlydesirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tax software andfinancial management tools. Deep understanding of tax laws andregulations, including fiduciary tax matters.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies thatalign with the company’s goals.
Analytical Skills:
Stronganalytical skills to interpret complex financial data and providestrategic tax planning advice.
Communication Skills:
Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with the ability toexplain tax concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Leadership Skills:
Proven leadership abilities with a track recordof managing and mentoring a team.
