Salary:

Review tax returns, provide strategic taxplanning, and advise clients. Manage client relationships to ensuresatisfaction and retention. Train and develop staff and seniorassociates. Maintain required continuing education and help expandthe firm’s service offerings. Collaborate with leadership todeliver high-quality solutions for complex client needs.

Requirements:

CPA certification with 5 years of recent publicaccounting experience. Strong knowledge of tax software like CCHAxcess Tax, ProSystem FX Tax, and Engagement. Experience with realestate groups and medical practices is a plus. Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Accountancy. Excellent communication,analytical, and problem-solving skills.
