Job Description
We have multiple openings for this role in Nashville and Memphis TN. Responsibilities Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with all laws and regulations, ensuring timely completion. Manage multiple client engagements effectively and efficiently. Review tax returns prepared by staff, including corporate, fiduciary, partnership, non-profit, and individual filings. Provide leadership, training, supervision, and constructive performance feedback to staff. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and manage ongoing communications. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting. In-depth knowledge of tax reporting and compliance processes. Proven ability to meet deadlines and solve complex problems. Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills. Strong sense of accountability and ownership. Collaborative team player. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Taxation preferred. Active CPA license preferred.
