Job Description:

As a Tax Manager at this firm, you will play a crucial role inoverseeing and managing our clients’ tax matters. You will beresponsible for providing expert tax advice, ensuring compliancewith tax regulations, and facilitating the achievement of ourclients’ financial goals. We are looking for an experienced anddedicated Tax Manager with a strong background in tax law,accounting, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Review andmanage tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with currenttax laws. Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to clients.

Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals. Research andinterpret complex tax regulations. Establish and maintain strongclient relationships. Assist in resolving tax-related issues anddisputes. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensivefinancial solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree inAccounting or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA)certification is required. Minimum of 5 years of professionalexperience in tax preparation and review. Strong knowledge offederal, state, and local tax laws. Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills. Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a team oftax professionals. Strong organizational skills and attention todetail. Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical andprofessional standards.
