Position Overview The Tax Manager will oversee the tax compliance and planning processes for our clients, ensuring adherence to all tax regulations while providing strategic tax advice. This role involves managing a team of tax professionals and collaborating with other departments to optimize the tax position of our clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and review federal and state tax returns including 1040, 1041, 1120, and 1120S returns Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws Lead and mentor a team of tax accountants and associates Provide guidance and support on tax-related issues and inquiries Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax legislation Collaborate with internal departments to support tax planning initiatives Assist clients with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Active CPA license is required Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
