A top regional public accounting firmheadquartered in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior Tax Manager totake on a leadership role at one of its branch office locationsjust outside of Nashville . This is a hybrid position , offering amix of in-office presence and remote work flexibility. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage tax operations for a local branch office Overseecomplex tax engagements for a wide variety of clients Supervise,mentor, and develop tax staff and managers Build and maintainstrong client relationships and provide high-level strategic taxplanning Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all taxengagements Collaborate with firm leadership to support branchgrowth, team development, and client service standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related fieldActive CPA license required Minimum 5 years of recent publicaccounting experience 2 years of management experience leading taxprofessionals Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulationsfor various entity types Proven ability to lead teams, manageclient relationships, and deliver high-quality work Comfortableworking in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remoteresponsibilities
