Our client, a leading firm in the financial services industry, is seeking a Tax Preparer to join their team. As a Tax Preparer, you will be part of the accounting department supporting a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns. Conduct client interviews to gather necessary financial information and documentation. Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Identify potential tax credits and deductions to minimize client tax liabilities. Respond to IRS and state tax notices and assist with audits as needed. What’s Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in tax preparation. Knowledge of federal and state tax codes and regulations. Proficiency in tax preparation software. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients. What’s in it for me?
