Full Job Description Tax Preparer/Office Clerk:
Copying, filing and organizing tax documents and files Checking emails, answering phone calls and greeting clients Scheduling appointments Maintaining office supplies Assisting in bookkeeping by entering data into spreadsheets or accounting software Handling general office work Assisting tax preparers with copying tax documents, sending tax returns and tax schedules or forms to clients when needed Managing document security. We are not looking for someone that wants a job, to clock-in and clock-out. We are looking for someone that wants a career. Tax Preparer/Office Clerk will be responsible for taking care of the daily operations of the office and help with preparing tax returns for individuals Must have experience with tax preparation and tax forms.
