Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, FL 33021 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Senior Tax Preparer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing the accounting, preparing the Financial Statements and preparing and filing tax returns for businesses and individuals, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Knowledge of Ultra Tax Software and Foreign Tax required. Duties

• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for businesses and individuals.
• Review financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
• Provide clients with guidance on tax-related matters, including deductions, credits, and compliance issues.
• Stay updated on current tax legislation and changes in tax laws that may affect clients.
• Utilize accounting software and financial software to manage client data effectively.
• Assist clients in organizing their financial records for tax preparation.
• Conduct thorough reviews of client accounts to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow during peak tax season. Skills
• Proficient in technical accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Accounting CS, Quickbooks and other financial software tools.
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting practices and financial concepts.
• Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations and data analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Previous experience as a Senior Tax Preparer in a CPA Firm is required (minimum 3 Years).
