Work with clients virtually via phone, email, or Zoom. Host in-office visits by appointment for clients who prefer to drop off documents or have in-person consultations. Review documents submitted through our secure online intake system. Answer client questions and guide them through the filing process. Submit completed returns for final review by Daryl Hall (EA) before e-filing. Follow established workflows for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) required. Experience with tax preparation software (Drake or similar is a plus). Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable with both virtual and in-office workflows. Previous tax preparation experience is preferred (1+ year), but training and mentorship will be provided for the right candidate.
