In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Duties Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses. Review financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Requirements Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of tax regulations. Familiarity with financial concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to clients. Proficiency in financial software and accounting software, including Sage. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing tax documents. Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently for data entry tasks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A background in financial sales or clerk duties is a plus.
