We’re looking for an experienced Enrolled Agent/CPA to join our growing team! This is a year round role as we transition to more bookkeeping, accounting and projects when tax season slows down.

What You’ll Do Prepare and file individual and small business tax returns with precision and flair. Review financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state tax regulations. Offer tax-saving tips and strategies to clients like the pro you are. Create Tax Strategy Plans for clients. Work with QuickBooks to manage bookkeeping and financial records for our clients Collaborate with our team to tackle tax puzzles and bookkeeping challenges. Stay up-to-date with tax laws and bring your knowledge to the table during client consultations. Have Bookkeeping certification or be willing to obtain Bookkeeping Certification on own time within 60 days of hire. (No cost for the certification)

What We’re Looking For Experience :

Minimum 3 years of preparing and filing taxes. You’ve been there, done that, and know your way around a tax return.

PTIN :

You have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) because you mean business.

Tech-Savvy :

Proficient with QuickBooks and bookkeeping tasks. You’re the Sherlock Holmes of small business finances. Attention to

Detail :

You spot errors like a hawk and never let a decimal go astray.

Personality :

Professional, approachable, and just friendly enough to make clients feel comfortable.

Team Player :

You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also handle tasks independently.
