Tax Preparer (Seasonal) The Accounting Cure, LLC Conyers, GA 30094 • Hybrid work Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Tax Preparer at The Accounting Cure, LLC. We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing business and individual tax returns, including Form 1120S S-Corp Returns and Form 1065 Partnership returns , ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. They will also have experience working with QuickBooks to manage financial records for clients. This role will be based in Conyers, GA, with the flexibility to work partially from home. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant tax preparation experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance regarding Partnerships and S-Corps . Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax codes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse clients. CPA or EA certification preferred but not required. QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor or equivalent QuickBooks certification (Preferred). Proven experience preparing tax returns using Intuit ProConnect (Preferred). Responsibilities Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and ProConnect to ensure accurate financial reporting. Analyze financial data and provide insights regarding tax liabilities. Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and address inquiries.
